What We Do

Full-Service Metalwork

From surface rust to complete floor pan replacements — every job gets the same obsessive attention to original specs and craftsmanship.

01
Rust Removal & Treatment

Full chemical and mechanical rust removal down to bare metal. We eliminate rust at the source — not just the surface. Every compromised area identified, treated, and sealed before a single panel goes on.

02
Panel Fabrication

Custom metal panels formed to original factory contours. When reproduction parts don't exist, we build them. Rocker panels, quarters, fenders — shaped by hand, fitted by eye.

03
Floor Pan Replacement

Rotted floorboards rebuilt from the ground up. We remove every trace of rust, treat the frame, and weld in new steel — full pans or patch sections, welded solid, seam-sealed, and primed.

04
Patch Panels

Precision-welded patch panels that disappear into the surrounding metal. No bondo shortcuts — just properly fitted steel, TIG or MIG welded, ground flush, and ready for bodywork.

05
Mobile Service

Can't trailer it? We come to you. Our mobile unit handles on-site rust assessment, patch welding, and panel work anywhere in Orange County. Same quality, your driveway.

06
Custom Metal Fabrication

One-off brackets, trunk drops, firewall smoothing, shaved emblems, custom sheetmetal work. If it doesn't exist in a catalog, we build it.

  • Full chemical treatment with rust converter on all pitted surfaces
  • Epoxy primer sealing before any fabrication begins
  • Cavity wax injection in enclosed areas and rocker panels
  • 10-point rust inspection report provided with every estimate
  • All fabricated metal primed and undercoated before fitment

How It Works

The Process

We put your car on the lift and go over every inch. You get an honest report on what needs attention — no surprises, no upsell.

02

A detailed written quote covering every repair, material, and labor hour. You approve before we touch a single bolt.

03
Metalwork

Our welders get to work. Every piece of rust cut out, every new panel fitted and welded in. Progress photos throughout.

04
Finish & Prime

Completed metalwork is ground flush, seam-sealed, and sprayed with epoxy primer — ready for your painter or our partner body shop.
